NYFC Biratnagar is an organization functioning under NYFC Nepal: non profit fitness organisation . Establishment of this organization is an effort to educate people about the importance of physical exercise on physical, mental and psychological health and providing them with free calisthenics park.
NYFC biratnagar is a part of project temple, a nation-wide project for expansion of free fitness platform; with the motive of providing free of cost access to calisthenicpark including free workout classes. the park remains open 24/7 for everyone.

With immense pleasure, we are glad to inform you that we will be conducting our inauguration ceremony and street workout competition on 27th Kartik,2078.

NYFC Biratnagar Presents “First Street Workout competition-2078”
“Ultimate Battle To Be Biratnagar’s Fittest” for the first time in Biratnagar we are conducting street workout competition where the multiple component of physical fitness is tested. The main objectives of organizing this competition is to educate the local public about ways to attain a healthy and fit lifestyle just via bodyweight exercises and encourage youth to take their skills and strength to next level.
