Who We Are
We are Nepali Youth Fitness & Calisthenics (NYFC), a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals through fitness, calisthenics, and strength training. Since our founding in 2015, we have been inspiring youth across Nepal to embrace a healthier lifestyle by organizing national-level events like the NYFC Classic and Street Games, offering certified personal trainer courses, and creating free outdoor fitness platforms. As a community-driven organization, our mission is to foster resilience, confidence, and a sense of unity while promoting health and well-being.
